   Love the lighter fabric inside super easy to find things. Bag is light weigh with soft material, Fashion foward! Zipper is not an issue. It is a beefy zipper made to be strong. Had no issue zipping when holding down side end tab of zipper. It's made to be a challenge to get into. That's the point to keep the pick pockets out. You don't have to clip the zippers closed. Highly recomend!

   Only issue is I wish it had a top pocket for my phone. I use the side pocket for the phone on one side and a stainless steel water bottle on the other. The top is great the way it opens. I am able to open it up on a plane without worrying about losing anything and fits under the seat nicely. In addition, I was able to purchase gifts for the office and everything fit in the bag. Love it!

Two security systems at the zipper to the main compartment work like a charm.    The gold zippers and accents are great and the laptop pocket perfectly fits my MacBook. My favorite thing is probably the luggage strap on the back. It allows you to hook it over the handle of a carry-on, which is insanely useful. The only thing that took a bit of getting used to is the zipper, as it has a metal frame to give it structural integrity - that said, once you get used to it, it is great. It has a great capacity to hold a lot of things. RFID is a plus. Like the compartment to hold my iPad, kindle, magazines. Love the safety features.    Absolutely loved my new backpack! I was able to travel with all our important documents with a peace of mind knowing it would be safely tucked inside. Plus it would be impossible for anyone to unzip without me knowing. I will say one of the clips was a little annoying to open when at the airport but just have a little bit of patience. Again it's supposed to be designed to be difficult for pick pockets but overall I loved my bag. I had so many people ask me where I go it! Definitely a must buy!!

   I've never traveled with my professional gear. As a photographer, I was looking for something to keep my gear safe, protected and out of harms way. I already use a bag that opens up top as my camera bag, however, this one is not suitable for traveling as it doesn't have any security features. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that pacsafe had a backpack that opens up top, like a “doctor” bag. . I can't wait to put it to use! It's beautiful as well! I know I will have this for years to come.
