This anti-snoring solution basically keeps my mouth shut while I sleep! My soft palate doesn't sag and I don't snore. My sleep has improved a lot. I sleep more deeply and wake up less at night. I wake my wife less so she can be happy too. This anti-snoring chin strap is pretty well made but even if it breaks after 6 months I will still buy another one. great necklace!

   I don't expect these products to work for everyone, but after a few weeks I can say that this product is right for me. I am 46 years old, have no health problems and I sleep on my back (even when I try to sleep on my side, I always lie on my back). Over the past few years I have gone from occasional snoring to chronic snoring/snoring.. It feels a bit weird when you first try to sleep with this device on your head but I did so. get used to it within a week. Also, it takes a few nights to adjust to comfort and efficiency - not too loose, not too tight.
