   Use before taking a shower. Its a tad messy and gets everywhere if youre not careful. Hasn't strained my counters or anything crazy its just a tad annoying if youre not prepared. Definitely easier to start brushing and step into the shower and finish while getting yourself wet to start your shower. Not recomended for morning use. Keep in mind its charcoal and powder if youbwanna use it in the morning youll have to brush your teeth again after to make sure its all off. I fully recommend using it at night.

It turns your spit black so you can pretend you're from a distopian world where the plague goes around and you just caught it. Some people survive the plague and some people don't. The government kills anyone who has it and there is a large reward for anyone who turns In someone with the plague. You're in you bathroom and you cough up this black stuff but you can tell your family or friends because people now a days are untrustworthy and anyone will turn on you. You have to get this black stuff out of your mouth and you stare at you self in the mirror. “What do I do now?” You ask yourself but all you can do is wait.    So I've always wanted to be able to whiten my teeth without that excruciating pain afterwards, when you use the whitening strips. So this is a very good alternative for me. I used it already and I like it. Of course I won't be able to see the results after just one time, but with time I believe it will start showing a bit more. You're supposed to use this twice a day, for 1-2 minutes. This set comes with brushing powder and a wooden handle toothbrush. The brush is very comfortable to use. And I like the minty taste that this powder has. My son used this as well, and he liked it too. I would recommend this.

   I seriously didn't think that Mathis stuff would work very well and didn't get my hopes up too high. However I was very surprised how this does not taste bad at all. It made my mouth feel fresh and clean and my teeth whiter and shinier too. I use this after I floss and then I brush with my regular toothpaste afterwards to get all of the black charcoal out of every crevice although it does rinse clean. The brush doesn't last long but that's okay. I have plenty of toothbrushes. I also love how I can also just dip my toothbrush into the fine charcoal powder dust and it doesn't clump or anything at all. The minty taste to it is also nice too. Thank you!    There's no instructions so I have been dipping the brush in dry and start brushing. It's been 4 days of using this and I definitely see a difference in how white my teeth are. This is super messy! Sink, brush, hand, lips, even goes up my nostrils and it's clearly black so it's not cute. Give yourself ample time to clean up afterwards. I have only used it once a day, every morning. Again no instructions so I'm not sure what proper usage is. Also I take a little of my regular toothpaste afterwards to get any excess black off my tongue, etc. I also recommend flossing afterwards to get it out from between your teeth. Overall, it's a great product and does exactly what it says it will!

But to my surprise, I actually noticed my teeth were a tad bit whiter just after 1 use. Not sure about the abrasiveness of the charcoal so I wouldn't recommend using daily but it works so maybe weekly. It also has a minty taste. I would definitely recommend. Great price as well

   Works amazingly well! I'm always a little skeptical at products that claim to whiten your teeth, since I feel like there's always a catch or a drawback, but this one is actually great! My teeth looked noticeably whiter after one use. No bad aftertaste or smell. I did not see results my first use, its been 3 days and i brushed again with the product and saw a big difference finally. My fiance used this for the first time today and his results were instant on his first use of it. Deff reccomend this product, the brush is a plus.
