If you try to peel it off while it's still damp, it'll be a mess. Also take care with disposing the dried color peel, as it could stain your sink. Don't be alarmed at how intense the color is when you apply it to your lips, the end result will be much more subtle.If you exfoliate your lips with a simple sugar scrub before using, the color will be much more even and effective. I'm very happy with this product overall! But would love to see even more variety of shades- maybe a nude palette for the fall?!?!

Even if the initial application doesn't seem perfect, once the film is removed, the application is perfect. I let them dry for at least 5 minutes and sometimes I do a second pass. The lipstick holds at least half a day, even when eating, smoking and drinking. Super recommended purchase!
