I started out on a low setting, used it for about 5-10 minutes the first couple days, and went up a little higher, using for 10-15 minutes. Today, I have started on the third level of frequency, using the 20 minute timer. I notice that my face is feeling a little tighter, I hadn't noticed that my skin felt "loose" until after I started using this machine. Reading the reviews of other users is what got me to make this purchase, hearing their success stories was very eye opening, so I decided to give this a try. I'm glad I've made this purchase and am looking forward to the results after a month or two of usage.

   I've been using this for eight months (about twice a month), I'm at my early thirties and started to see some fine lines. Before using on my face, I first tried it on my left hand. My veins are easy to be seen and since I drive very often, the left hand is darker, after I start using this, I'm not sure if it's more because of the thing itself or it's because the gel comes with it, it works, it felt like the skin became thicker and brighter so the veins seems flatter than the right hand.

   So I had this for about 7 months and I was using it very 2 weeks so I didn't noticed any difference at first. Until I stoped using it because of life and noticed a big difference on the 2 months I didn't use it. I'm almost 43 years old and my face wasn't showing it that much until I stoped using this machine. Here are some pictures of when I stop using it and when I used it again after 4 weeks. I use it on high( level 3), with the large adapter instead of the small one because it makes it easier, and for 10-20 mins. Also costumer service it's awesome. The connection of the wand broke on the 5 month and the company replaced the whole thing with a new one.

When I do it. I can feel the skin is very slippery and little hot but feel comfortable. I use it for the face.After the second day. I do find the skin becomes more white and soft. So amazing. I didn't expect the wrinkle effect to be good very soon. But my dark circles under my eyes were gone. I can't believe it. This thing works. I like it so much.
