I bought this diffiser to coordinate with my mostly white and grey decor. The light coloring of the shell allows the colored lights to show more vibrantly than other wood-look diffusers I've had. For that reason it actually makes for a great night light as well! There are 4 settings to choose from: 1hr, 3hrs, 6hrs, and On. The diffuser will automatically shut off when the water has completely evaporated. There is a separate button for the lights. Press once and it will transition through the colors, continuing pressing and you can choose the specific color you'd like. Hold the button down and it will turn the light feature off. It also comes with a measuring cup so you don't over fill the diffuser. Love this diffuser! Highly recommend!
