The unique white wood grain color drew us to this product since it is feminine enough for my taste and modern enough for his. I use this one as a humidifier for our bedroom. We live in Arizona and sometimes (most times) the air is so dry it is actually difficult to breathe. So I like to have a humidifier going in the bedroom. But I did not want the heat that comes from vaporizers that boil water to increase the humidity. This one fills the bill and humidifies without heat. It is very easy to clean and put together and it humidifies very well. I highly recommend it for this type of use.
