   This is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted it ultimately for my silverware. But it will actually hold a lot of weight. I’ve set mugs and glassware galore in this to dry. It’s incredible. I find it to be plenty sturdy and not at all flimsy as other have mentioned. I guess it depends on what you need to use it for, but it works perfectly for me!

   I can't understand the negative remarks. This is a great. small colander. You can stretch it over your sink or compress it and hang it up until needed. The people complaining must be putting heavy items on it which is not what it's meant for. I like that it's just the right size for washing vegetables, that it's made of straw, and that it can be compacted. Great value too!

It's a little lightweight for heavy duty cutting of very hard items, but otherwise performs beautifully. And it's so handy to have a little bowl for gathering chopped items, and a colander for rinsing right at your finger tips. Definitely recommended!
