I used their adhesive to attach it to the inside of the medicine cabinet. I read other reviews that said it fell off and that it wouldn't hold little kid toothbrushes...I haven't had any trouble with it, at all. It's been several months and it's still sturdy. It holds two little kid toothbrushes, no problem. This was a great toothbrush holder for a great price. I'm happy with my purchase and recommend this product.

The packaging includes screws for mounting it to the wall, however, I used Command adhesive velcro type strips as I didn't want to make holes in the walls. I definitely recommend it for any RV.
