   I may be jumping the gun here, but it is EASY to put together - just the 2 stabilizers and the pedals. I bought this for my 80 yr old mom, who has talked about something similar for 8 yrs now - after her cardiac rehab. She has used it 3 times (for about 5 mins each - arms and legs) and it has been only 24 hrs in the house. It is light enough that she can put it up on the table herself and carry it from her room to the living room.

   I got this for my mom and she loves it! It is light weight so she can move it herself. It is sturdy so I don't have to worry about her feet slipping off or worry that it will move around while she is using it. When it was suggested to her to get a couple dumbells so she can work on her arms, she promptly picked up the device and sat it on her lap and proceeded to pedal with her arms!! This is a great item for a great value. Would definitely recommend!!
