This belt works better when u use slimming gel then wrap your stomach in plastic and lastly put the machine on 2x for 15min on high heat. You will not see results right away but definitely go to the bathroom which was good for me. The only thing I was concerned about was that it seems as if one side of the machine only gets hot.

   Love this massager, it's easy to use and looks really cute. There's an adjustable strap to put it on, and the control buttons are in the middle where the cat ears are. You can 3 different temperature settings and vibrations. I personally don't like using the vibration too much because it's a bit loud. But I like the heat setting; it can get quite hot on the highest setting. This belt works wonder on my lower back pain and I can wear it anywhere anytime because it's rechargeable. This is definitely one of my most favorite gadgets.

   Well this was a pleasant surprise. It came on day two of my period so I was able to really test it out. And uhhhh.... YES. I think it's pretty great! I'm usually a heat pad gal, but having something to tote around like a fanny pack is even better! I have things to do and this seriously helps. The instructions say not to use the vibrating part while menstruating... but isn't that the point? It said it'd increase your flow and I highly doubt that. Anyhow, I'm a rebel. And interestingly enough, it was kind of soothing. I think I can no longer live without this.
