Our weighted vest helps add high intensity to traditional workouts such as bodyweight pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, etc. In addition, this weighted running vest is perfect for running or hiking and helps pack on muscle.

Features

Due to the open ended design of the workout vest, it’s extremely easy to wear and take . Plus, the weight training vest offers quick drying after a sweaty workout because it was created with 1680D high-density oxford cloth, which also makes it wear-resistant.

It’s extremely comfortable to wear the weighted running vest for long period of times because there are shoulder pads added to lower the pressure on the shoulders.

BUT you can keep the weights in the front of the vest until you wear it over your head, then you can add weight in the front pocket. (If you have someone to help you, you can also do this move with dumbbells later, you just need someone to help with that).
