The only thing that’s different from “salon quality” is no foot pedal and to insert the drill bit, you have to force it in instead of twisting the insert to open and twist back to lock into place. This is really the only difference, and when inserting it needs a bit of force. When inserted it does feel locked in pretty well. All the attachments are extremely useful and I’m so pleased to see so many extra disposable ones included! Awesome product and great investment!!!

I am happy to say, this did the trick. I was able to use the product within 5 minutes of opening the box. Easy instructions on what each tip is used for. You will need to seek instruction on HOW to utilize the tool elsewhere. I caution those new to using the electric file. Be sure to isolate your toe (or finger) either placing foot/hand firmly on a surface or holding toe while using the electric file. The file as with any tool, can "grab' the surface and produce a slight "kickback" effect. Happy with purchase!
